I too am getting the run around. My two daughters aged 22 and 26 years old where actually set up by an employee of Urban Behavior in Windsor, On. The where acused in the middle of Devonshire Mall, but unlike you I visited our Lawyer today. We have witnesses from other stores personal, customers, and emoployee at the kiosks that are witnessess to my daughters being accused of stealing a skirt which they had the receipt for that they had purchased 10 minutes earlier. I suggest you contact legal help asap and get the names of any witnesses or video camera tape. My husband and I will not let this go no matter what! I also suggest you get a hold of Arif Noor, founder and CEO of Urban Behavior, as well as head offices in the United States. Slander is a very serious offence. My sister works for the headoffices of the GAP, Old Navy, and Banana Rep. in San Francisco - Head Office, and she has given me very good advice - Take them to Court!!! The Manager of this store was very rude to them and made them take everything out off thier bags, had called security, embarrased them and guess what the three girls didnt have anything on them. Iv been getting the run around from thier head office in Toronto, from thier so call business men. All we wanted was a apology and for the manager to own up to her her mistake. We got nothing from anyone they just swept it under the rug. So Im urging people not to shop their so no one else has to go threw what these girls had to go threw.
