Either that baby has a good idea or that baby will be illuminated. Wheeeee!
I clearly means:
“If you are an infant in a life jacket, look up for the arrival of the mother ship.”
LOL!
Honestly, this one is bugging more than one of those moments where I have a movie in my head but cannot recall the name.
Why a light bulb, and why a light bulb in the water?
of course, all floating babies look like light bulbs…
does the life jacket light up? there is a drawing of some sort of light rays on the side of the device.
Ahh! You’re right Reni. There’s a light on the life jacket I see.
Mystery solved! Back to work for me.
I think they are trying to tell you when your plane goes down, to find a baby in a life vest as they will have brilliant ideas to get saved. And if you can’t find one, you are SOL, my friend.
(maybe it’s to give you something to do before the sharks eat you)
[…] My friend Will asked a really good question on his site. He wanted to know what the baby graphic on this airplane safety card meant. […]

Life jackets generally have a light on that turns on when it comes into contact with water. Hence the lit lightbulb in the water.
