During college - my wife and I used to get milk from a friend who had a cow - it was always super fresh - and very tasty - we always let it sit then scrape the cream from the top for coffee and such -

Looking back on it - I now realize how much a treat that was.

As a former Fairfielder, I’ve enjoyed reading your blog. The day after reading this post, I saw that there was a Facebook group devoted to “I Love (and miss) Radiance Dairy!” (http://wesleyan.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2229023652&ref=nf)

Radiance cows are HAPPY cows - an all-pasture life, played Vedic hymns as they are milked, and allowed to live out their natural lifespan without fear of slaughter. Fresh-flower garlanded on certain Vedic holidays, truly loved and cared for.

Their life is better than most humans on the planet. No wonder the milk is so good.
